Police Auto Auctions

Every day there are countless amounts of cars all over the place that are getting seized by the police. There are several different reasons why the cars are seized but none of that really matters. What does matter is that all of these cars lead to the same place; the police auto auctions. At these auctions you will be able to find some of the very best deals that you could ever find on a vehicle. They will range from an old car to a brand new car and from a pick up truck to a semi truck. Anything that has been seized for what ever reason will end up in these auctions.

The idea is that you are going to get a great deal on a vehicle. There is not anyone that goes to a police auction to pay full price. In fact, you will often get more then 50% off of the retail price for any vehicle that you get. It is not unheard of to get as much as 95% off the price of a new vehicle. When you hear something like that you are sure to wonder how in the world that is possible. There is no way that this could be true. Normally when something sounds too good to be true it is. In this case, you will be making a mistake to think this is too good to be true.

This is what happens

For example, a brand new Cadillac Escalade gets pulled over for a traffic violation. When that vehicle gets pulled over the police find drugs and money in the car. The police are going to put the driver in jail and take the money, drugs and the brand new Cadillac Escalade. They do not just use that vehicle as a new police car. What they do is put it in one of the police auto auctions. They have no use for the Cadillac and it is only costing them money and space to keep it around. They end up starting the bid very low and it sells for what ever it sells. If you happened to be the only one who bid on it then you would get it for the starting bid which would probably be 10 times lower then what you would buy that same car for anywhere else.

You can see now how these police auto auctions work. All you have to do now is go take advantage of them. The hard part is not finding these auctions but it is actually going to them. It sounds good, but it is easy to just quickly forget about them and next thing you know you are at a dealership paying more then a car is worth instead of going to one of these auctions and paying a lot less then it is worth. That just doesn’t make sense, but you would be surprised how many people do actually do this. Get out and go to the police auto auctions; it will be worth it.
